*Responsibilities:*
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the company executive and team members.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain efficient filing systems and record-keeping.
- Coordinate office supplies and equipment maintenance.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism.
- Assist in organizing events and company functions
*Requirements:*
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- A proactive attitude with a strong ability to work independently.
- A team player with a positive and professional demeanor.
